Based in the heart of the city, Liverpool Centre for Arts and Development (LCAD) is a leading charitable community training centre. We have a reputation for delivering high quality training and have a wealth of experience in supporting individuals and the wider community.
LCAD was established in 1984 and, almost thirty years on, our mission statement remains the same:
Our objective is to maximise potential through learning and personal development. We are committed to empowering individuals through our quality and innovative learning programmes, that improve skills, build confidence and helps them progress to formal learning and/or employment.
