The Liverpool Centre for Arts Development is a unique organisation, supporting and nurturing artistic & creative entrepreneurs from communities on Merseyside since 1984.

At the present time, we are only offering the Creative Entrepreneurs and ECDL courses.
We are an EDI & ECDL approved centre for training, and LCAD is registered with Liverpool City Council (Prefered provider list).
